The Oxnard Performing Arts & Convention Center invites the public to DISCOVER, CREATE, and CONNECT through engagement with the arts and each other for this year's Dia de Los Muertos Celebration.
No matter one's age, background, language spoken, or socioeconomic status, Ventura County residents will be able to attend all events, offered bilingually, at no charge. |
